Two yeses before a paid introduction
The optional travel-email box permits only our own disclosed email use. The partner-interest box permits only a later invitation. No partner receives data until you see its identity, the exact fields, purpose, retention/location and our referral benefit, then confirm that specific introduction.
Passport/photo/ID, financial, employment, sponsorship, child and application-document contents never enter the partner-marketing route. Refusal does not slow, price or change visa preparation.

Ask only what this case needs
You see the exact document categories, purposes, processors/recipients, transfers and retention before upload. Marketing is separate. Other adults and sponsors get notice; a child needs verified parent/lawful-guardian consent.

Controlled email or WhatsApp intake
You choose the confirmed channel after the case-specific notice and consent. We verify the sender and case reference, restrict the receiving account with MFA/device controls, avoid groups and forwarding, and move accepted files into the controlled case workspace.

Original stays original
We preserve the source and link each transcription, redaction or photo derivative to the tool/operator, reason and time. A human compares important extracted data and you approve the pack.

Controlled print and custody
Approved printer, immediate collection, page count, sealed opaque folder and named custodian. Your original passport remains with you. No casual print shop or quick-commerce document printing.

Recorded handoff
The applicant carries originals, reviews/signs as required and attends AVA. Pack count, seal and handoff are recorded; the AVA/government applies its own verification and decision process.

Minimal delivery and verified deletion
After issuance, only the information needed for the approved delivery is shared. Working files expire on the disclosed schedule; paper is returned or cross-cut shredded; processors/backups follow their contracted cycle.

Use Privacy choices without attaching documents. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. We may verify you proportionately and will explain any lawful retention exception.
